Princeton, NJ - <\/strong>13 de mar\u00e7o de 2024<\/b> \u2014 A Systech, parte da Markem-Imaje e Dover, e l\u00edder em rastreabilidade e serializa\u00e7\u00e3o digital, anunciou que adquiriu a Pharmacontrol Electronic GmbH (\u201cPCE\u201d), uma importante empresa farmac\u00eautica europeia de rastreamento e provedor de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de rastreamento.<\/p>\n

Seguindo o forte crescimento que a Systech experimentou em 2023, esta aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o aprimora as ofertas de produtos da Systech e permite que ela ofere\u00e7a um portf\u00f3lio de produtos mais abrangente aos seus clientes. As solu\u00e7\u00f5es de rastreabilidade da PCE s\u00e3o implementadas em centenas de linhas de embalagens farmac\u00eauticas europeias, e todas elas agora se beneficiar\u00e3o das inova\u00e7\u00f5es l\u00edderes da categoria da Systech.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a adi\u00e7\u00e3o do PCE expande as capacidades de suporte ao cliente da Systech e garante n\u00edveis de servi\u00e7o ainda mais elevados para uma base de clientes mais ampla e geograficamente diversificada. A Systech aproveitar\u00e1 a equipe e as opera\u00e7\u00f5es existentes da PCE em Oberlungwitz e Heppenheim, na Alemanha, e basear\u00e1 sua nova sede europeia em Heppenheim.<\/p>\n
