Systech boosts capabilities of its intelligence platform Systech Insight™ 2.0 enables Systech customers to unlock data to provide greater visibility and intelligence of their packaging and serialization operations

Princeton, N.J., August 1, 2023 – Systech, part of Markem-Imaje and Dover, and a leading provider of digital identification and traceability software solutions, has launched Systech Insight™ 2.0, an intelligence platform that leverages the solutions already implemented on a packaging line to drive better-informed decisions, actions and value from packaging operations. Systech Insight allows users to analyze and coordinate packaging resources with real-time, end-to-end data for a holistic view of production.

Systech Insight is a cloud-based solution that connects with existing Systech platform deployments to simplify operations, improve line uptime and facilitate regulatory compliance. Systech Insight unlocks the data previously difficult to access in its current state to provide visibility and intelligence about a company’s systems and operations. It helps to maintain consistent and excellent line performance, enable line data and configuration access from anywhere and provide audit-ready reporting. Systech Insight was inspired by active input from many Systech customers.

Systech Insight 2.0 is already delivering results for one of Systech’s international pharmaceutical customers. They are leveraging Insight as a centralized access hub to standardize the configurations and settings of all 16 UK lines, leading to optimized operations across all lines. They will use Insight and expert operations resources in the UK, to manage and standardize these line settings at other EU and Asian facilities, spanning an additional 115 lines.

In addition to performance assurance benefits and the ability to manage operations from anywhere worldwide, Systech Insight also enables companies to have audit-ready reports at their fingertips. Organizations can consolidate digitized batch data to create an audit-ready repository as well as transmit and store audit records in a central and secure location.
