Princeton, NJ - <\/strong>13 mars 2024<\/b> - Systech, qui fait partie de Markem-Imaje et Dover, et qui est un leader dans le domaine de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9rialisation num\u00e9riques, a annonc\u00e9 l'acquisition de Pharmacontrol Electronic GmbH (\"PCE\"), un important fournisseur europ\u00e9en de solutions de suivi et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des produits pharmaceutiques.<\/p>\n

Dans le sillage de la forte croissance que Systech a connue en 2023, cette acquisition renforce l'offre de produits de Systech et lui permet de proposer un portefeuille de produits plus complet \u00e0 ses clients. Les solutions de suivi et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de PCE sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans des centaines de lignes d'emballage pharmaceutique en Europe, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u00e9sormais des innovations de pointe de Systech.<\/p>\n

En outre, l'ajout de PCE \u00e9largit les capacit\u00e9s d'assistance \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de Systech et garantit des niveaux de service encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 une base de clients plus large et plus diversifi\u00e9e g\u00e9ographiquement. Systech s'appuiera sur l'\u00e9quipe et les op\u00e9rations existantes de PCE \u00e0 Oberlungwitz et Heppenheim, en Allemagne, et basera son nouveau si\u00e8ge europ\u00e9en \u00e0 Heppenheim.<\/p>\n
