Les marques doivent \u00eatre conscientes de l'impact direct sur leur activit\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au march\u00e9 gris, tels que la contrefa\u00e7on et le d\u00e9tournement de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. Lorsqu'un produit, comme les ENDS, est sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre inhal\u00e9 et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un choix b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 par rapport au tabagisme, les produits contrefaits ou mal manipul\u00e9s peuvent s'av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s dangereux pour le consommateur.<br \/><br \/>La protection de la marque sur le march\u00e9 des ENDS n'est pas un produit unique, mais des couches de technologie et de processus.
