Princeton, NJ - <\/strong>13. M\u00e4rz 2024<\/b> \u2014 Systech, Teil von Markem-Imaje und Dover und ein f\u00fchrendes Unternehmen im Bereich der digitalen R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit und Serialisierung, gab die \u00dcbernahme der Pharmacontrol Electronic GmbH (\"PCE\"), einem f\u00fchrenden europ\u00e4ischen Anbieter von pharmazeutischen Track-and-Trace-L\u00f6sungen, bekannt.<\/p>\n

Nach dem starken Wachstum von Systech im Jahr 2023 erweitert diese Akquisition das Produktangebot von Systech und erm\u00f6glicht es dem Unternehmen, seinen Kunden ein umfassenderes Produktportfolio anzubieten. Die Track-and-Trace-L\u00f6sungen von PCE werden in Hunderten von europ\u00e4ischen pharmazeutischen Verpackungslinien eingesetzt, die nun alle von den branchenf\u00fchrenden Innovationen von Systech profitieren werden.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus erweitert die Aufnahme von PCE die Kundensupport-F\u00e4higkeiten von Systech und gew\u00e4hrleistet ein noch h\u00f6heres Serviceniveau f\u00fcr einen breiteren und geografisch vielf\u00e4ltigeren Kundenstamm. Systech wird das bestehende Team und die Niederlassungen von PCE in Oberlungwitz und Heppenheim, Deutschland, nutzen und seinen neuen europ\u00e4ischen Hauptsitz von Heppenheim aus errichten.<\/p>\n

Systech verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfangreiche Ressourcen, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Softwarequalit\u00e4t, einen weltweiten Kundenstamm und die branchenweit h\u00f6chsten Kundenzufriedenheitswerte. Diese Akquisition stellt einen strategischen Schritt in der globalen Expansion von Systech dar und versetzt Systech in die Lage, seinen europ\u00e4ischen Kunden einen noch h\u00f6heren Mehrwert zu bieten.<\/p>\n
