Princeton, N.J., July 19, 2023 – Systech, part of Markem-Imaje and Dover, and a leading provider of digital identification and traceability software solutions, is now ISO 9001:2015 certified by The Certification Body of TÜV SÜD AMERICA INC., for Design, Development and Manufacture of Software and Hardware. Additionally, Systech has NOM compliance from Mexico’s Direccion General de Normas (DGN).
ISO 9001 is a widely recognized quality management system standard, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This certification comes after Systech underwent and passed an extensive third-party audit of its entire quality management system, including policies, processes and overall commitment to quality, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Using ISO 9001 helps to establish and contain a well-structured quality management system for the benefit of the company and all its stakeholders to ensure customers get consistent, high-quality products and services.
“Achieving ISO 9001 certification is a testament to the entire Systech team and their dedication to delivering quality and reliability to our customers and partners,” said Girish Juneja, Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of Dover. “Quality is one of our core strengths and one of the reasons we are deployed in thousands of global implementations at many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical, medical product, and CPG companies. I congratulate our team for meeting the standard’s requirements and achieving the certificate.”
In addition to the ISO 9001 certification, Systech has broadened its international export capabilities. The NOM regulation is mandatory to enter the Mexican market for any manufacturer wishing to export goods, such as IT equipment, AV equipment, and other electronics, to Mexico. Systech will utilize this certification for its HSM3 offering.
Systech has also previously completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2® Type I Audit examination. The examination was performed by an independent auditing firm and illustrates Systech’s ongoing commitment to creating and maintaining a secure operating environment for its clients’ confidential data.
